CapGuard provides an automated request-scoring service accessed over HTTPS. The verdict returned by the API is a recommendation; the decision to allow, challenge or block a request remains yours.
Secret keys must stay server-side. You are responsible for all requests made with your keys. Compromised keys can be rotated instantly from the dashboard; we may revoke a key that we believe is leaked.
Paid plans carry a 99.9 % monthly availability target for the verify endpoint. Availability credits are the sole remedy for missed targets and are issued on request within 30 days of the incident.
Plans are billed in advance; overage is billed in arrears. Prices are in Russian roubles and include applicable taxes. Non-payment suspends the account after a 7-day grace period.
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we delete account data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the three months preceding the claim. The service is not a security guarantee and does not replace your own authentication and authorisation controls.
These terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are heard in the courts at the service provider's registered address.
